Schedule Your Complimentary Assessment

  • Over the course of an hour, we will discuss your goals, your perceived limitations, and training history.

  • We will walk through a physical assessment, looking for current strengths, weaknesses, and general ability to move.

  • We will schedule our upcoming sessions and book your preferred time-slots in my calendar, and then complete the payment for the first month of training.
